Toronto & District Funeral Directors Inc. (TDFDI) was incorporated
without share capital in the Province of Ontario by Letters Patent October
30, 1992. The significant primary objects of the association are to unite
members of the funeral directors' profession and protect the character and
status of the profession, promoting ethical practice, setting questions of
professional usage and courtesy among members' of the profession and to
maintain and improve the qualifications and standards of the profession.
